What Is a Filled Cups Ambassador?

A Filled Cups Ambassador is someone who believes in the power of real-life connection and wants to help create it in their own community.

Ambassadors host and grow Filled Cups–style events in their city — under the Filled Cups brand — while bringing their own personality, leadership, and local flavor to the experience.

Think of it not as a franchise… but more like a co-op of connection builders.

You’re not doing this for Filled Cups. You’re doing it with us.

Why This Model Exists (A Little Transparency)

Running meaningful in-person events is deeply rewarding — and also time-intensive. For Filled Cups to grow in a way that’s healthy, sustainable, and aligned with its values, it can’t all live on one person’s shoulders.

This Ambassador model exists so that:

  • The work of connection is shared

  • The brand grows organically, city by city

  • No one has to reinvent the wheel alone

  • Community leaders are supported, not micromanaged

We believe the best communities are built by people who actually live in them.

Who This Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

What You’d Be Responsible For

As an Ambassador, you would:

  • Host Filled Cups–branded events in your city

  • Build and nurture a local community (online + in person)

  • Handle local marketing, partnerships, and promotion

  • Execute events using Filled Cups principles and guidelines

  • Act as a steward of the brand values in your region

You won’t be alone — but you will have real ownership.

What Filled Cups Provides

We’re actively designing a financial model that feels fair, transparent, and aligned with the spirit of partnership — not extraction.

Revenue sharing, fees, and structure will be clearly outlined before anyone commits. Our priority is long-term sustainability for everyone involved, not short-term gain.
